If we are going to learn how we sabotage our dreams, first we need to know what our dreams are. 

Let's BLAST Away!

Every day, small emotions, called micro-triggers, can take your focus off those goals, and in the long run, sabotage your dreams. 

The Spin

As we experience those small emotions, it can bring up past times we felt the same, and we can end up spinning, or spiraling down, closer and closer to working outside our value system. 

The Chemical Scale

Once we are spinning, we need to know how close we are to actually working outside of our value system and sabotaging those dreams. The chemical scale can help.

NiNiFiFi

Once you begin getting better at noticing those emotions, we can use  an awesome tool called NiNiFiFi to get you back on track.
